Refund Policy

1. Current pricing
NIGOC Ninetech's closed-invite beta is free of charge. There is no payment, hence no refund process applies during this phase. We expect to introduce a tiered subscription in late 2026; this policy will be updated at that time.
2. Future subscription refunds
When paid plans launch, the following refund rules will apply:
- Monthly subscription — non-refundable after activation, but no auto-renew. You can cancel any time before the next renewal.
- Annual subscription — full refund within 7 days of payment, prorated thereafter for unused calendar months. Refunds processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
- Pilot / partner programs — refund terms in the partnership MoU control.
- First-generation learner / BPL / EWS students — continue to access NIGOC free under our scholarship programme; refund language doesn't apply.
3. Refund mechanism
Refunds will be issued to the original payment instrument (UPI / credit card / debit card / netbanking). UPI refunds typically reflect in 1-3 business days; card refunds in 5-7 business days.
4. How to request a refund
Email henry@nigoc.com with subject "Refund request · [your registered phone number]". We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 14 working days.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can escalate to our grievance officer. For unresolved disputes you may also approach the consumer commission having jurisdiction over Baleswar, Odisha, or the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
